  • The 4-in-1 Program: We began by asking hiring managers what they want in seasoned employees. Likewise, we asked prospective employees about the certifications most requested by potential employers. That’s how the 4-in-1 began.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) training and certification in the new PMBoK 8.0 released July of 2026 is provided in a fun and impactful approach.  The PMP training, 50 templates, materials, Project Management Institute Membership, and PMP exam are all included.  The material is taught by working project managers who have helped thousands get certified.  A 90.5% is the yield of those passing the exam in their first attempt (since tracking began in 2018).  All classes are live via Zoom. Participants may elect one-to-one Zooms instead as an option or in combination with the cohort.  All classes are recorded for your convenience and on-going study.
  • Agile Professional Scrum Master (PSM1).  Now, almost 50% of projects are run using some components of Agile framework and Scrum methodology. It is taught in conjunction with the PMP exam, but includes its own templates, preparation material, mock exams, and the Scrum Master exam.  
  • Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt and Blackbelt (LSS GB and LSS BB). Along with the PMP and PSM1 preparation, gain the Lean Six Sigma methodology, templates, tools and approach. The Greenbelt (just like in Karate) arms you with the command of using these powerful tools to solve performance snags and to optimize production in any industry or function. The Blackbelt (just like in Karate) will be applying these tools against an adversary (i.e., a business problem that is provided from an actual client engagement). Working with your instructor “sensei” and your cohort peers, these tools will become second-nature for process improvement and control. Content follows the American Society for Quality (ASQ) guidelines and the Council for Six Sigma Curriculum (CSSC) approach to learning and applying business and data analytics to root problems using scientific method. 

Over a 9 – 12 week period (simply meeting live via Zoom for 90 min. to two hours), all of these certifications can be achieved with classmate, colleagues and an accessible instructor (Ph.D., Master Blackbelt, PMP, PSM1) available at every step, well-versed in instructional technique and actively leading training and consulting engagements to reference from across industries and well-known organizations.  Work one-to-one and use the recordings for flexibility.  The outcome is salary command, speed-to-hire, and job flexiblity in more managerial, technical, and leadership roles. 



Most large firms in Southeast Michigan, as well as public sector organizations, start-ups, and Russell 2000 companies, have used PDC for strategy setting and implementation, IT applications, process improvement and problem solving, and human performance improvements through Organization Development, Training, and Certifying.
The PDC has certified more than 11,000 individuals in project management, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Supply Chain, Leadership, and Procurement and dozens of associated business topics from market analysis and negotiation to supply chain optimization and generative AI.
