This workshop focus on developing high Potentials Leadership that provides you with strategies to handle the formidable challenges associated with moving into new and increasingly more complex leadership roles. You will gain a better understanding of your own approach to leadership and acquire new ideas tooptimize and sustain your potential.

2. Change Management ( 2PM-5PM )

The training event will go through the change management method that leadership, process, and human performance experts recommend. It is a method that business leaders expect new hires to know around building a clear case for change, metrics, and involvement in the “To Be” environment. The participants will collaborate on cases and exercises and generate solutions around method parameters.
