Global Leadership Workshop (10AM – 1PM)

This workshop focus on developing high Potentials Leadership that provides you with strategies to handle the formidable challenges associated with moving into new and increasingly more complex leadership roles. You will gain a better understanding of your own approach to leadership and acquire new ideas to optimize and sustain your potential.

Project Management Fundamentals Workshop (2PM – 5PM)

Project Management has been proven to be the most effective method of delivering products within cost, schedule, and resource constraints. This workshop gives you the skills to ensure your projects are completed on time and on budget while giving the user the product they expect. You will gain a strong working knowledge of the basics of Project Management and be able to immediately use that knowledge to effectively manage work projects.
