Project Risk Management (9AM-11AM)

Should a project be undertaken or is it too risky? Have I considered the current risk profile of my organization? As a project manager, what risk factors need to be considered? What tools, from risk plan, to risk register, to risk response should be used? Finally, what can a project manager do to quantitatively and qualitatively improve the risk that is being faced to maximize return, limit downside, and optimize to the variables at hand. These methods and more are taught in project risk management.


Strategic Planning (11AM-1PM)

Each business has a current strategy that is successful or lacking to a degree. How do we access strategic success and make the necessary changes or improvements, if needed? What are the internal and external strategic analytical tools that a managers will employ when exploring strategic options with peers? This training is a thorough outlook at strategy in general and lists with detailed explanation the tools and methods contemporary managers and leaders use to set strategy and corporate, business unit, and departmental levels.


Leadership Management & Entrepreneurship in the 21 century (1PM-3PM)

Most people are willing to name the principles needed to lead to effectively run a business, yet few have actual success at these endeavors. This program will take the specific recommendations from business leaders in ways of driving personal, team, and business success, with special attention on what to get right and what “general advice” in the academic world may not be correct for today’s leaders.
