- Change Management Workshop (2PM-5PM)
In business and industry, since its introduction in 1992, there has been a real focus on implementation and acceptance. In other words, many organizations have not accepted the changes associated with a merger, a new business model, a new technology, or a new form of policy requirement. The denial and resistance has led to sub-optimization. How do you get clients, internal and external professionals over their natural distrust of change? What are the techniques for introducing change, ensuring compliance, and building buy-in? The training event will go through the change management method that leadership, process, and human performance experts recommend. It is a method that business leaders expect new hires to know around building a clear case for change, metrics, and involvement in the “To Be” environment. The participants will collaborate on cases and exercises and generate solutions around method parameters.
