This analysis takes supply management from beyond the warehouse and into the boardroom. Learn from a business leader’s perspective about the supply management decisions that drive solid innovation.  Become familiar with professional associations, standards, and toolkits used to scope and manage large-scale improvement. This training is a real capstone to logistics and supply chain foundational content.

The goal of this seminar is to provide attendees with a framework for understanding, analyzing and handling dilemmas, contradictions and paradoxes faced by organizational member, whether being employees or managers. The course revolves around the everyday practice of organizing, which means that focus is on processes.
